Who we are

Emineva is run from India by its founder, Sadiq. Emineva helps full-arch and full-mouth implant clinics in the UK and Australia get recommended by AI assistants. For the personal data described here, Emineva is the controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We don’t collect patient data. If a clinic needs to share anything about patients for the work, we agree how first, in writing, and keep it to the minimum.

If we contacted you first

We write to owners and managers of full-arch implant clinics about AI visibility. To do that we use business contact details from public sources: clinic websites, business map listings, professional profiles and business-data providers. We use a named person’s details only in their business role, and only where the law allows us to email them without prior consent, such as a clinic run as a limited company.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: offering a relevant service to a business. You can object at any time. Reply “no thanks”, or email hello@emineva.com, and we will stop. We keep only your name, email and the date you objected, so that we never contact you again.

If you don’t reply, we delete your details within 12 months.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Emineva, under their data processing terms:

  • Cloudflare hosts this site, protects it and stores form submissions.
  • Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
  • Google provides our calendar and Google Meet video calls.
  • Zoho provides our email.
  • An AI-search data provider relays live AI check questions to ChatGPT (OpenAI). Only the city and country are sent, never your name.
  • Discord carries internal notifications when a report is requested.
  • Business-data providers help us find and verify business contact details for outreach.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Emineva is run from India, and some of our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where UK GDPR requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on UK adequacy regulations. Ask us for details of the safeguard that applies.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to any use based on legitimate interests. An objection to direct marketing is always honoured.

Write to hello@emineva.com. We reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. In Australia, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

The booking calendar on the application page comes from Cal.com and loads only after you finish the application. Cal.com may set cookies it needs for the calendar to work.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections. Access to our accounts is limited to the people who need it. Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, not in email attachments.
