About these terms
These terms cover your use of emineva.com, including the live AI check, the free AI Visibility Report and strategy-call bookings. Emineva is run from India by its founder, Sadiq. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information for owners and managers of dental clinics. It isn’t clinical, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and it isn’t written for patients. Statistics carry their sources, which you should read for full context.
The live AI check
The live AI check sends your city to an AI assistant and shows you its answer as it arrives. That answer is generated by a third party in real time. We don’t write it, edit it or endorse it, and it may be incomplete or wrong. The same question can get a different answer each time.
When the live check isn’t available, we show a recorded, anonymised example and say so. To keep it available for everyone, each connection gets a small number of checks per day. Please don’t run it automatically or in bulk.
Free reports and calls
AI Visibility Reports and strategy calls are free and carry no obligation. A report records what particular AI tools said about particular questions at a particular time. It isn’t a forecast or a promise. If we don’t think we can help your clinic, we’ll say so.
Our paid services
Paid work, including the 120-Day Full-Arch AI Recommendation Programme and the Triple-Lock Guarantee, is provided only under a separate written agreement, which sets out scope, fees, timings and the guarantee’s exact conditions. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
AI assistants decide their own answers. We measure and improve the signals they rely on, but nobody can guarantee a specific answer, and we never claim to.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, get around its limits, or submit someone else’s details without permission. We may suspend access to protect the site or other visitors.
Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content.
Our content
The words, images, design and code on this site belong to Emineva or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on AI answers shown on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
